ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know your order is on the way!
United States - All in-store United States orders will be received within 4-5 business days. Shipping is Free for all orders. For carriers, we primarily use USPS First Class Shipping or Amazon Delivery.
All shipping times are stated in Business Days (does not include holidays and weekends) and does not include Saturday delivery. Some large items may require additional shipping fees, which would be stated in the product description and checkout. Due to the de minimis policy and tariff regulations in the U.S., the order may be subject to additional duty or tax fees upon arrival.
HONG KONG - All Hong Kong orders will be received within 2-5 business days, including in-store pick up orders. Shipping is Free for orders over $50 or at a flat rate charge of $3 for orders under $50 after discounts. For carriers, we primarily use SF Express.
1-Day Express Shipping (HK Island only) for a $3 fee
Delivered within the same business day for orders placed before 11am HKT, Mon-Fri. Orders placed on the weekend/public holiday will be delivered the next business day. This service is not available for large items - anything larger than a baby carrier.
Please note that some large items may require additional shipping fees, which would be stated in the product description and checkout.
INTERNATIONAL - All international orders will be shipped from Hong Kong and usually be received within 5-10 business days. We use a variety of carriers with tracking.
- UAE & Qatar: FREE Shipping on orders over AED 950, otherwise AED 140 flat fee
- Singapore orders & Macao: US$13 flat fee
- China, Japan, Philippines and Taiwan orders: HK$150 (US$19) flat fee
- Malaysia orders: US$32 flat fee
Australia orders: US$37 flat fee - Rest of the World orders (excluding some countries visible at checkout): US$38 flat fee
- New Zealand orders: US$102 flat fee
Please note that import fees for your order are not included with our shipping fees and extra charges can be incurred by your local authorities.
SHIPMNET PACKAGING
When shipping valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are key. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in the shipping parcel along with packing material to prevent the products from shifting during shipping.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification that includes the tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the shipment's status on the carrier's website. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to periodically track the shipment's status through the carrier's website.
The customer is responsible for settling any applicable duty and tax payments, obtaining any necessary import licenses, and providing any information required by local authorities for formal customs clearance in the country of destination within the specified timeframe.
These charges are not included in the price and are not the responsibility of Komzee Trading Ltd. The user will be responsible for any importation compliance.
Incorrect Customer Information
Komzee is not responsible for any errors or incomplete made by customers when entering their name or address in the address book field, including typographical errors. The customer is responsible for verifying all information is correct before submitting an order. When you receive your automatically generated email invoice (this is generated when your order is confirmed), be sure you read it and if you find any errors, contact our customer service department immediately by email at support@komzee.com
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
